We don’t reproduce structural, mains electrical, pressure-bearing, vehicle-control or medical parts. If failure could hurt someone, use the original manufacturer or a qualified repairer.

What if I don’t know the part’s name?+
Describe where it came from and what it did. Plain English is ideal.
Can you copy it from one photo?+
Sometimes we can identify it, but exact fit usually needs a few angles and basic measurements.
Do I pay before you design it?+
No. We review the request first. Payment comes after a clear quote.
How quickly will I hear back?+
Normally within two working days. Complicated parts can take longer, and we’ll say so.
