Branded Abstract 3D collects the information needed to assess, quote, make and deliver replacement parts. We don’t sell personal information.

Who is responsible

What we collect

Your name, email address, postcode, customer reference, photos, object details and measurements. If you place an order, we also retain the quote, order status and payment confirmation. Stripe handles card information, so we don’t receive or store full card numbers.

Why we use it

We use request information to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and order information to perform our contract with you. We use limited records for legitimate interests such as customer support, fraud prevention and improving the service. Accounting records are kept where legally required.

Who we share it with

Our website and file storage providers process request records and photos for us. Stripe processes payments. Delivery providers receive the information needed to deliver an order. We don’t currently send request photos to an autonomous vision or CAD provider. If that changes, this notice will be updated before the feature is enabled.

How long we keep it

Photos for requests that do not become orders are deleted 90 days after the last contact. Photos for fulfilled orders are normally kept for 12 months to resolve fit or quality questions. Order and accounting records may be kept for up to six years. We may keep a record longer where a dispute or legal obligation requires it.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses essential security and admin-session cookies. Optional analytics is not enabled at launch. We will ask for consent before enabling analytics that stores non-essential cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, and object to some uses, by emailing us. Some transaction records may need to be retained by law. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
